What we collect
We only collect data we actually need: name, work email, company, phone (optional) from our contact form, plus the banking data you entrust to our application under the mandates you grant us.
Purpose
Your data is used to follow up on your demo request, to deliver the subscribed treasury management service, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not resell any data.
Retention
Marketing leads are kept for up to 3 years after last contact. Customer data follows the contract term plus Moroccan accounting retention (10 years for accounting records).
Your rights (Law 09-08)
You have a right to access, rectify, object and delete your data. To exercise it: contact@tresoria.ma. We respond within 30 days.
